Contesting the Streets Conference, May 14-15th, 2010

This conference, entitled Contesting the Streets: Street Vending, Open-Air Markets and Public Space, was co-sponsored by UCL A and SVP.  For the first time ever, academics from across the country met with vendor groups from NYC, Chicago and LA.
